To ensure your agent headshot links correctly and displays across all relevant platforms, it needs to be uploaded by our team. This helps us ensure it meets our brand guidelines, maintains high image quality, and has the correct formatting for proper display.
Please ensure the image meets the below guidelines or it may be rejected.
- Naming - Exactly as your agent name appears. <Agent Name> <Agent Surname> // e.g. John Smith.jpg
- Resolution - 300dpi
- File Size - Minimum 1mb
- File Type - JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIFF
- Cropping - Ensure no cropping has been used, the shoulders & hair are not cut off in any way
- Background Removal - Only images with professionally removed backgrounds will be accepted
- Selfies - We will not accept images that have not been professionally taken, all selfies will be automatically rejected
