My agent headshot is not appearing

There can be multiple reasons why your agent headshot may not be appearing on artwork. Below, we'll discuss the common issues and how to resolve them.


1.  Headshot Not Supplied

If you're new to the company or using the system for the first time, you might not have supplied us with your headshot. Please follow this article Uploading an Agent Headshot to provide us with your high resolution agent headshot.


2.  Headshot No Longer Appearing

Your agent headshot is linked in the system to your full name. Any change to your name, including but not limited to alterations in surname, hyphens, or apostrophes, will break this link. Please reach out to our support team directly so we can update the name associated with your image.


3.  Artwork Template Does Not Support Headshots

In some instances, headshots are not available on certain templates. All items in the system are built according to branding guidelines, and as such, we cannot alter templates to include them.


4.  New Headshot Not Appearing

If you've recently taken a new headshot but it's not appearing on your artwork, it usually means our team hasn't added it to the system yet. Please send all headshots to the support team by following this article Uploading an Agent Headshot
