It can be frustrating when your images aren't showing up as expected in your property listing artwork.
Here are the most common reasons why this might be happening:
Unsupported File Type
We only accept .jpg and .pdf files. If your image is in a different format, it won't appear. Also, remember that simply changing the file extension (like renaming .png to .jpg) doesn't actually change the file type.
File Size Too Large
Your file might be over our maximum size limit of 20MB. Please try using a lower resolution version.
Image Dimensions Too Small
For optimal display, a minimum of 400 x 400 pixels is recommended. Small thumbnail images often won't register or display correctly.
Symbols in File Name
File names containing symbols (e.g., #, $, %, &) are not accepted by the system. Please remove any symbols from the file name and try uploading again.
