To ensure your floorplan or siteplan displays correctly, our system standard requires a PDF document. If you've uploaded a JPG image file, the system automatically crops it to fit within the specified image bounds. To avoid this, please re-upload your floorplan or siteplan as a true PDF file, rather than just an image saved as a PDF.
