If you're having trouble with a window displaying correctly in BrandPlus, your account may have timed out from inactivity.
To resolve this, try logging out of your account, closing your internet browser completely, then re-opening it and logging in again. This should create a fresh session and clear the issue.
If the problem persists, try a 'hard refresh' by holding down the 'Shift' key on your keyboard and clicking the refresh button on your BrandPlus browser tab.
